Children (ages 3 to 8): 5 mL twice daily

Children (ages 9 to 18): 10 mL twice daily

Adults: 15 mL twice daily or as directed by a healthcare provider

Precautions and Contraindications

This product is a supplement and is not intended for disease diagnosis, prevention, or treatment.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Shake the bottle well before use. Ideally, administer 1 to 1.5 hours post-meal unless otherwise advised by a physician.

Maintain a 1 to 2-hour interval between this supplement and other oral medications.

Consult with a physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive.

Avoid use if hypersensitive to any active ingredients or other components.

Exercise caution if also using products with high levels of calcium, magnesium, or vitamin D3, or if you have conditions such as gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular disease, hypercalciuria, thyroid disorders, kidney disease, or kidney stones.

Adverse Effects

Drug Interactions

Co-administration with aluminum-containing medications and vitamin D may increase blood aluminum levels, especially in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.

Calcium in this product may reduce the absorption of tetracyclines (e.g., doxycycline, minocycline). Separate administration is recommended.

Concurrent use with verapamil may reduce its effectiveness due to calcium interactions.

Thiazide diuretics (e.g., chlorothiazide, hydrochlorothiazide) may elevate serum calcium levels when used with this product.

Other interactions: calcitriol, ceftriaxone, digoxin, estrogenic medications, sotalol, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates. Use with caution and space doses accordingly.

Pharmacologic Properties and Mechanism of Action

Calcium: Over 99% is found in bones and teeth, playing a crucial role in neurotransmission, kidney function, and muscle contraction. Estrogen decline in women can reduce calcium absorption and bone density.

Zinc: Essential for DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis, with over 85% stored in skeletal muscle and bone. Deficiency may lead to growth retardation, reduced growth factors, and thyroid dysfunction.

Vitamin D: Regulates plasma calcium and phosphorus, boosting intestinal calcium absorption and supporting bone health. Increases calcium absorption from 10–15% to 30–40% and phosphorus absorption up to 80% in the presence of adequate vitamin D levels, aiding in osteoporosis prevention and musculoskeletal function.

Magnesium: Necessary for bone structure and involved in over 300 cellular reactions; deficiency can impair bone integrity and function of osteoblast cells.
