Ferrosomal Forte Plus Syrup by Simorgh Darou Attar is an iron supplement primarily designed to support the body’s iron levels and prevent iron-deficiency anemia.

Dosage and Administration

Children 1-8 years: 5 mL daily

Individuals over 8 years: 5 mL twice daily or as directed by a physician

Contraindications and Precautions

Consult a physician before use if taking other medications, supplements, or herbal products, or if there is a history of kidney failure or chronic diseases.

Discontinue two weeks before surgery.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage, as this supplement is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.

Side Effects

Possible side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, gastrointestinal irritation, appetite loss, drowsiness, abdominal pain, headache, dry mouth, and skin rashes. If any adverse effects occur, consult a physician or pharmacist.

Drug Interactions

Orlistat may reduce the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin A. Take Orlistat at least two hours apart from this product.

Vitamin D may increase aluminum absorption; consult a physician for use in kidney disease.

Medications including atorvastatin, calcipotriol, methotrexate, primidone, phenobarbital, phenytoin, captopril, losartan, amlodipine, hydrochlorothiazide, penicillamine, methyldopa, levodopa, levothyroxine, atazanavir, cephalexin, and certain antibiotics (tetracyclines and quinolones like doxycycline and ciprofloxacin), as well as bisphosphonates, may have interactions with this product. Space doses by at least three hours apart.

Use During Pregnancy and Lactation
