- Vitamin C: 34 mg
- Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate): 1.65 mg
- Honey: 1250 mg

Dosage and Administration
- Adults, children over 12 years, and pregnant women: Take two teaspoons (10 mL) every 8 hours.
- Safe for use during pregnancy and lactation.
- Not suitable for children under one year due to honey content.

Drug Interactions
- Zinc absorption may be reduced by iron supplements, tetracyclines, and phytate-containing foods. Zinc can, in turn, decrease the absorption of copper, fluoroquinolones (e.g., ciprofloxacin), iron, and tetracyclines. A minimum interval of two hours between zinc supplements and tetracyclines is recommended.
- High doses of vitamin C can interact with warfarin.
